2002 graduate of Ocean City High School and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Accounting from Stockton University. Completed a Human Resources Professional Certification through Rutgers University.

What do you love about your job?
I love interacting with people and my position allows me to connect with our staff on a personal level. I enjoy being a source of support who can help navigate through their individual, unique needs whether it be career advancement, a life event or providing a listening ear. Personnel is a constantly evolving environment and I appreciate the different challenges each new day brings.

What's a fun fact about you?
I am a violinist and also an avid camper. I love music, the outdoors and spending time with my family finding new adventures.

Dr. Lauren Gunther began her education career in elementary education. From there she became an instructional reading specialist and then content area supervisor. BA in psychology & elementary education, MA Educational Leadership and holds a Doctorate of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. Adjunct faculty at Stockton University.

What do you love about your job?
Having a great sense of pride for the district and being part of the Ocean City community. Working with students and faculty to create opportunities and continuously improve. Building positive relationships with each interaction.

What's a fun fact about you?
My family and I travel to a new national park each summer exploring America the beautiful!

I love being able to help students, staff and the community on a daily basis.

What do you love about your job?
While I am passionate about learning and all of the opportunities a quality education can offer, I have always loved the human aspect of my job as well. Getting to know the students and staff each year is both a privilege and a pleasure. Listening to the stories, ideas, aspirations, and jokes of my OCIS family is definitely a highlight of my job.

I love camping with my wife, two children, and two dogs.

Working with students and being part of a wonderful staff in OC. I am blessed to be involved in almost every aspect of district operations and enjoy helping our students gain the tools and skills necessary to be successful in whatever endeavor they choose.

I am a father of three and spend most of my free time coaching my children in various sports.
